He loves it! We also have a 10 year old Golden who has never been interested in a dog bed. She has practically taken this one over! The puppy just stares at her lying on HIS bed, so I'm going to purchase another one. It must be really comfortable for her to want to sleep on one after 10 years of trying different ones.

I bought this bed for my Golden Retriever puppy, since he had chewed up the zipper on his last (much cheaper) bed. He likes it! We also have a 10 year ancient Golden who has never been interested in a dog bed. She has virtually taken this one over! The puppy just stares at her lying on HIS bed, so I’m going to buy another one. It must be really comfortable for her to want to sleep on one after 10 years of trying different ones.

However, my biggest complaint was that the bed was folded into thirds and stuffed into a small box to be shipped which left permanent creases in the foam and the bed wouldn't lie flat on the floor. Item was returned, not worth the price.

Actually, the product was even better then I had hoped. It is well made and comes in a heavy clear plastic protective cover which incidentally I left on for added protection. The bed is obviously a quality product and the large model which I splurged on gives her plenty of room to stretch out and find a comfortable spot on. Firm but pliable it provide good support for aging pets, conforming to the animals body and retaining warmth well. Maggie my 14 year old Labrador gives it five + stars and wouldn't sleep on anything else. If you love your pet and it's reaching an age where this sort of thing will make it more comfortable you owe it to them, don't hesitate. Only wish I had purchased one for her long ago.
